PAYMENT
Payment must be received within 14 days after your e-mail of commitment
of purchase. Payment must be in U.S. Dollars, payable to Joseph A.
Izzillo. I reserve the right to void your sales commitment if payment
is not received within the 14 days. If payment status is not known,
your purchase commitment may be voided and the item will be available
to other buyers.
For buyers in the U.S., I accept personal or business checks, money
orders and certified checks. Money orders and certified checks are
very much preferred and item will ship upon receipt of payments in
these two forms. All other checks must clear.....about 10-14 business
days. My bank tells me that I should wait two weeks to be absolutely
sure that the check has cleared. This is because the check may be
re-submitted one or even two times before actually being rejected
and returned to my bank as "insufficient funds". I have no way of
knowing that your bank has actually paid your check, only you know
that information.
Buyers outside the U.S. and all International buyers must pay with
Western Union International Money Order or by electronic funds transfer
from your bank account to mine after the exchange of the necessary
information. NO other checks or payment forms can be accepted.

SHIPPING TERMS
Buyer pays any and all shipping and insurance costs for any and all
destinations for the item purchased. Shipping costs will be quoted
for shipping in the continental U.S. and International shipping. Insurance
is mandatory.

PLEASE ASK ALL RELEVANT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ITEM BEFORE YOU MAKE A
PURCHASE COMMITMENT******. Your questions are very important to insure
that you are receiving what you desire. Your questions will be answered
honestly and to the best of my knowledge.
I attempt to accurately describe the item*** I want you to be happy
with your purchase. Digital images sometimes make an item look better
than it actually is, and sometimes the painting itself looks better
than the digital image *** so please read the description completely
AND ask questions. Although I hope that it does not happen, if you
feel that after all precautions have been taken, the item is not to
your satisfaction, you must let me know by e-mail at joeizzillo@aol.com,
within 48 hours after you receive it. NO RETURNS WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT
PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM ME VIA E-MAIL!!!
Refunds will graciously be provided for the cost of the item only
and WILL NOT include shipping and insurance either to or from the
destinations. This is similar to the return policy of big mail order
houses. The item is to be returned by the shipping carrier in the
same way it was sent to you-- insured and the item in the same condition
as you received it. AFTER I GIVE MY AUTHORIZATION FOR THE RETURN,
PLEASE SHIP THE ITEM THE SAME DAY. I MUST RECEIVE RETURNS WITHIN THE
SAME NUMBER OF DAYS IT TOOK TO GET TO YOU FROM ME OR IT WILL BE REFUSED
UPON DELIVERY.
WARRANTIES
Joseph A. Izzillo provides NO long term or short term warranty for
any of the items on this web site unless it has been EXPLICITLY stated
in the description of the item.
ALL PAINTINGS ARE UNFRAMED EXCEPT NO. 17, IN AN OVAL FRAME.
